About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Form a key part of the Loan Platforms team, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering
- Support the questions and requests of our internal and external clients
- Responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team
- Gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority
- Support clients and the business with operational duties and account maintenance support functions
- Accurately review onboarding documentation and maintain data integrity
- Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts
- Strict adherence to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards
- Pro-actively identify internal and external account and system related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
- Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications
- Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes
- Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong process improvement skills (Preferred)
- Salesforce experience (Preferred)
- Customer service experience (Preferred)
