About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of CRM operational systems and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex CRM operational issues.
- Guide junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to manage system enhancements.
- Participate in strategic transformation initiatives within CRM operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers across various functions to foster collaboration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in CRM operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
- Proven hands-on experience in reporting and analytics.
- Ability to work with incomplete or conflicting data and identify options in non-routine situations.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
- Ability to engage with and influence peers and immediate leadership.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
