Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
A master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA or MBA) is highly valued.
Ability to develop and articulate credit views and manage a portfolio of credits.
Proven coaching/mentorship; develops juniors through feedback and quality review.
Practical AI fluency: experience embedding GenAI/LLMs and agentic workflows to increase productivity.
