About the role

  • Junior member of the Compliance team responsible for administration of OSTTRA's employee compliance records
  • Ensure staff are aware of compliance responsibilities and the company can evidence compliance
  • Assist with set-up of new compliance and training platforms
  • Roll out training and attestations as required
  • Monitor completion of tasks and follow up on incomplete items
  • Review notifications (conflicts, gifts and entertainment)
  • Produce management information and reporting
  • Maintain and review staff eligibility for training
  • Perform ad-hoc compliance monitoring tasks using the training or compliance platform as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to organise and manipulate large amounts of data
  • Previous experience in a similar role useful but not essential
  • Proficiency in google suite apps such as google sheets and gmail beneficial
  • The ability to challenge processes and propose improvements where possible
  • Willingness to learn and improve
