About the role

Assist in developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining web applications that support a multi-million-dollar business
Participate in team efforts to implement software projects, providing support in frontend and backend layers
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help in translating them into technical specifications for effective software solutions
Adhere to best practices in data management and governance, maintaining awareness of data privacy and security policies
Contribute to the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements
Troubleshoot and diagnose user support tickets and implement solutions
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

4-6 years of software development
Solid experience in debugging, refactoring, and enhancing existing code
Familiarity with AWS, automated unit testing, AI, Prompt Engineering
Competency in .NET, C#, Cloud Services and Angular
Experience with T-SQL, Postgres SQL, MS SQL Server
Troubleshoot and diagnose user support tickets and implement solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including product owners and quality assurance engineers
Demonstrated ability in Agile development environments
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (preferred)
