About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support an assigned portfolio of redistribution clients, fostering strong client relationships to drive net revenue growth.
- Help develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans, leveraging a holistic understanding of client business objectives, market demands, and critical needs.
- Assist renewal and expansion negotiations, including account analysis, contract finalization with legal/procurement, and identifying/mitigating account risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders and workflows, providing client insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales Specialists, Business, and Implementation teams) to deliver cohesive customer experiences and comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with CCO Strategy for key accounts.
- Build industry knowledge and expertise to advise clients on best practices, promote adoption of new offerings, and provide valuable client feedback to inform product roadmap improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to senior stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable client strategies
