Set a clear and inspiring vision for AI across Software and Lending product suites.
Influence investment and resource allocation decisions at the senior leadership level.
Lead and develop a team, coaching and empowering others to maximize performance.
Drive the end-to-end project management of complex AI initiatives.
Pioneer the rapid prototyping and validation of AI concepts using advanced tools.
Articulate complex AI ideas and present AI strategy and results to senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve defined outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in AI product management, technical product management, or a related field.
Expertise in financial services or fintech.
Deep knowledge of financial markets: reference data, corporate actions, loan lifecycle, lending, or compliance.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder AI or technology roadmaps across multiple products.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Gemini).
Demonstrated ability to build prototypes and functional apps using AI-assisted tools.
Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex AI concepts across functions and levels.
