Key responsibilities & impact
  • Change Planning: Maintain and evolve the OCM support intake process to enable forecasting, capacity planning, prioritization, and demand shaping across the OCM portfolio.
  • Serve as a senior OCM partner to key stakeholders (e.g., DTS Engagement, User Experience, Intranet team, Corporate Communications, People team), setting direction on change approach (audiences, sequencing, timing, channel strategy, training model) and aligning delivery plans to broader program milestones.
  • Lead comprehensive change impact assessments (process, role, technology, behavior), define change risks and mitigations, and establish re-usable playbooks/lessons learned to continuously improve enterprise change capability.
  • Establish and manage integrated change delivery plans, dependencies, and decision logs, ensuring risks/impacts are visible, owned, and proactively addressed with project teams and impacted divisions to support a smooth transition to live service.
  • Coach and review the work of junior OCM team members (or contractors), delegating deliverables appropriately while maintaining accountability for quality, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Change Strategy Execution: Act as OCM lead for assigned programs, independently managing OCM scope, timeline, resourcing, and outcomes while aligning with program/project management governance and escalation paths.
  • Partner with People team, DTS Engagement team and/or Corporate Communications to develop clear, consistent messages for a global employee audience— influencing narrative and positioning to drive understanding, readiness, and adoption.
  • Execute and continuously optimize the Organizational Change Management Plan, including sourcing and coordinating SMEs and drafting/overseeing the required communications, presentations, and digital messaging to drive adoption of technology services, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Provide structured leadership for divisional initiatives by coordinating actions, timelines, and stakeholders, removing blockers, and escalating decisions with clear options and recommendations.
  • Define and operationalize change metrics and data collection methods (e.g., readiness, engagement, training completion, adoption indicators, feedback loops), synthesize insights for leaders, and translate findings into targeted adjustments to tactics and roadmap.
  • Where appropriate, represent OCM in governance forums (e.g., program steering routines), influencing leadership decisions on launch readiness, rollout strategy, and sustainment investment.
  • Communications, Training & Content Development (Digital First) Lead the design and production of end-user communications (emails, intranet news, system notifications), stakeholder engagement materials (surveys, presentations, talking points), and training deliverables (Quick Reference Guides, user manuals, how-to videos) in partnership with project teams and communicators— setting standards for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Work with technical teams to conduct training needs assessments by user type/persona and define training strategy (e.g., role-based learning paths, scalable digital enablement, reinforcement approach), mapping current-state materials and gaps to future-state behaviors and tasks.
  • Create, edit, and maintain clear user-oriented documentation—including new digital communications/content and updates to existing documentation already in circulation—ensuring accuracy, consistency, usability, and appropriate review/signoff.
  • Develop content spanning multiple documentation types, working with SMEs to gather and validate information, including: user instructions for deployment and day-to-day use reference information for technical features architectural and operational documentation (where appropriate for the audience) policy, process, and procedure documentation.
  • Support creation, governance, and lifecycle management of content on the enterprise intranet, ensuring materials are findable, current, and aligned to communication strategy.
  • Establish repeatable templates, style guidance, and content QA practices across change deliverables to improve speed-to-delivery and stakeholder experience.
  • SME & Cross-Functional Coordination (Global Execution) Work with SMEs to translate complex technical change into succinct, precise messaging (communications and documentation) so end users understand what’s changing, why, and how to engage successfully— tailoring for multiple stakeholder tiers (end users through senior leaders).
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and time zones to elicit/clarify requirements, coordinate draft reviews, manage versioning, obtain approvals/signoff, and navigate competing priorities with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with DTS teams to proactively communicate what DTS does (services, engagement pathways, policies/processes, “how to work with us”), keeping content fresh, updated, and relevant to strengthen internal understanding and stakeholder experience.
  • Build strong relationships across Technology and Business divisions and act as a trusted advisor— anticipating stakeholder concerns , proposing solutions, and aligning partners to drive decisions and outcomes.
