Orchestrate executive communication and decision-making processes, crafting compelling narratives that connect strategy execution with measurable value realization across senior leadership teams.
Pioneer AI+ enablement initiatives for portfolio management, leveraging cutting-edge tools to streamline processes, enhance data insights, and improve decision-making quality and speed.
Lead Portfolio and Value Stream Sync meetings, providing structured forums for cross-portfolio alignment, early risk identification, and dependency resolution with enterprise-wide visibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-million dollar portfolios with demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making at executive levels.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly within ratings or financial services environments.
Advanced proficiency in portfolio management tools and platforms (such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Clarity), financial modeling software, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready materials and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
