About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within Brazil and selected LATAM markets.
  • Identify the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders from business owners, technicians or middle management to C-level to understand business needs and position value-driven solutions.
  • Commercialize a portfolio of data, analytics and AI-driven offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Specialists, Industry Experts, CX, BPM and Legal Teams.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and align internal stakeholders to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable commercial opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in B2B new business sales within complex environments.
  • Experience in Energy, data, analytics, consulting or related industries.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
