Business Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within Brazil and selected LATAM markets.
- Identify the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders from business owners, technicians or middle management to C-level to understand business needs and position value-driven solutions.
- Commercialize a portfolio of data, analytics and AI-driven offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Specialists, Industry Experts, CX, BPM and Legal Teams.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and align internal stakeholders to close deals.
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in B2B new business sales within complex environments.
- Experience in Energy, data, analytics, consulting or related industries.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and cross functional teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
