About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee large multiple stakeholder and scrum team projects.
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, stakeholders, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
- Implementing document control policies, documentation templates, and change management progress.
- Maintaining a good working knowledge across multiple projects at different points in time.
- Maintaining communication between business stakeholders and technical scrum teams.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Liaise with Scrum Master and scrum team to groom and prioritize user stories.
- Ensuring compliance across functional objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and ensure team use cases.
- Compiling project reports and informing management and stakeholders regarding problems.
- Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
- Managing a project with the scrum team from initiation requirements to deployment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
- Understanding of Azure Dev Ops project management system.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Understanding of software development life cycle.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com backend.
- Strong people skills.
