About the role

  • Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Draft contracts for new sale and renewals within Salesforce.
  • Participating in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within salesforce.
  • Participating in billing and sales related projects and assist with providing meaningful solutions.
  • Resolving general inquiries related to new sales and renewals.
  • Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.
  • Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client queries.

Requirements

  • Strong comprehension, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic.
