About the role
- Design and build advanced customizations using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, Platform Events), Visualforce (if applicable), and Lightning (Aura/LWC), ensuring scalability and performance.
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and SDLC principles.
- Produce system design documents, lead technical walkthroughs, and present code solutions to the Salesforce Architecture Review Board.
- Produce high quality code, own the code quality, and represent your team’s technical output for workstream and product owners.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Responsible to continuously improve the architecture and mentor junior developers on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 5+ Years of experience in application development using Salesforce.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Currently hold one, or more, of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
- Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integration with other enterprise applications, trigger design patterns.
- Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
