Design and build proof-of-concept applications that demonstrate GenAI capabilities and business value to stakeholders across the organization
Create comprehensive architecture specifications and technical designs for GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and other enterprise AI platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate complex AI concepts in accessible terms
Partner with product teams during ideation phases to identify opportunities for GenAI integration and design feasible solution approaches
Develop within corporate AWS environments and infosec requirements, ensuring POC designs can transition smoothly to production teams
Establish and document best practices, design patterns, and reusable components for GenAI solution development
Stay current on emerging GenAI technologies and evaluate their potential application within our enterprise context

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on software development experience, with demonstrated ability to build functional applications from concept to working prototype
Practical experience with GenAI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
Strong grasp of solution architecture principles, with ability to design systems that balance innovation with enterprise constraints
Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
Comfort working in the "messy middle" of innovation: rapid prototyping, iterating based on feedback, and knowing when a POC is "done enough"
Enthusiasm for staying hands-on with code while also thinking strategically about product direction
