About the role
- Define and execute the EMEA OEM sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Own the OEM sales forecast, pipeline, and deal execution across European markets.
- Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts and expansion opportunities across products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA OEM Sales team, setting clear commercial objectives and performance metrics.
- Drive disciplined sales execution, including pipeline management, deal reviews, and forecast accuracy.
- Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts and strategic deals.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at European automotive OEMs.
- Lead and support large, complex negotiations and contract closures.
- Monitor automotive and mobility market trends to anticipate customer demand and competitive dynamics.
- Ensure strong commercial positioning of our offerings against competitors in OEM tenders and negotiations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe.
- Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements.
- Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Fluency in English is required; German or French is strongly preferred. Additional European languages are an advantage.
