About the role

  • Gather, validate, and process large datasets related to revenue-sharing transactions with third-party vendors
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data to provide a reliable foundation for reporting
  • Develop and maintain regular reports detailing revenue share performance and trends
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze revenue share agreements to determine applicable terms and conditions
  • Calculate and report revenue share allocations based on established agreements and financial metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including but not limited to finance, sales, legal, and vendor management to gather insights and align reporting with business objectives
  • Collaborate with external partners to maintain operational relationships and troubleshoot issues related to Ratings access.
  • Implement quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of revenue share reports
  • Addresses discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve data-related issues promptly
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and revenue share reporting
  • Propose and implement improvements to reporting processes for increased efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Expert familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Excel, complex formulas, and pivot tables
  • A high degree of curiosity
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • The ability to review & understand Legal contracts & identify key terms that drive the engagement.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on revenue share or financial data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Familiarity with third-party vendor relationships and revenue-sharing is a plus
