About the role

  • Design, implement, deploy and maintain Java code for importing and processing financial data in a distributed computing cluster.
  • Design, implement and test web services APIs for accessing the data and performing calculations.
  • Work with AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance the product
  • Work directly with business analysts and product specialists to refine requirements and design solutions

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in the industry, specifically with hands on coding experience in Java, working on high-performance distributed computation systems.
  • Proven expertise in Java and concurrent processing, with a strong background in distributed systems.
  • Experience with Apache Ignite or similar distributed computing and caching platforms
  • Experience in deploying containerized applications in cloud environments, especially AWS.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of API design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
