About the role
- The Content Platform Product team is part of the Digital Product Management team in Global Energy.
- Collaborate with internal business to understand user needs and partner with technical stakeholders to find solutions to meet the business needs.
- Own the execution of roadmaps for a mix of existing and new applications and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of the content platform applications.
- Assist team members with workflow diagramming; writing specifications, user guides, training materials and release notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis or product management, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile and a highly motivated team player.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong collaboration skills with a diverse set of stakeholders, partners and users.
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and ability to support multiple projects in parallel without guidance.
- Self-driven and able to work independently while contributing to overall team culture and deliverables, exercising good judgment to respond to needs appropriately and timely.
- Comfortable to work as per EMEA/UK Shift.
