About the role
- Lead comprehensive market analysis focusing on automotive sales trends and incentive strategies
- Influence and drive product roadmap prioritization by using strong business analytics, voice of customer feedback, product positioning, and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies by developing value proposition during pre-sales process
- Present custom insights to senior-level clients including C-Suite executives based on industry-leading S&P Global Mobility data assets
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations, including C-Suite engagements and relationship development.
- Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior analysts and consultants to foster a culture of excellence and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 15 Years of extensive experience in automotive sales planning and incentive strategies preferred
- Deep understanding of sales operations from a quantitative lens with extensive problem-solving capabilities
- Direct leadership experience working for an OEM responsible for sales in the US market or related consulting role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as lead as part of a cross functional team.
