About the role

  • Lead comprehensive market analysis focusing on automotive sales trends and incentive strategies
  • Influence and drive product roadmap prioritization by using strong business analytics, voice of customer feedback, product positioning, and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies by developing value proposition during pre-sales process
  • Present custom insights to senior-level clients including C-Suite executives based on industry-leading S&P Global Mobility data assets
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations, including C-Suite engagements and relationship development.
  • Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Mentor junior analysts and consultants to foster a culture of excellence and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • 15 Years of extensive experience in automotive sales planning and incentive strategies preferred
  • Deep understanding of sales operations from a quantitative lens with extensive problem-solving capabilities
  • Direct leadership experience working for an OEM responsible for sales in the US market or related consulting role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead as part of a cross functional team.
