About the role
- Lead and maximize the impact of teams by leveraging AI–human analytical workflows, to deliver high quality ratings and engagement

- Serve as a key contact for issuers, investors, and intermediaries, ensuring transparent communication while adhering to established policies

- Develop your Analysts by enhancing employee engagement, supporting career development, and implementing training aligned with our talent strategy

- Partner with Lead Analysts and Sector Leads to coordinate market outreach initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives
- Champion inclusivity and empowerment, encouraging mentoring and cross-departmental exposure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related asset class, with prior experience in Structured Finance
- Proven leadership with a track record of analytical excellence, independence, and objectivity
- Deep understanding of debt markets and strong knowledge of S&P Global Ratings methodologies; relevant industry expertise is advantageous
- Strong client and market knowledge contributes to the development of the S&P Global Ratings franchise
- Capability to attract, motivate, and lead a team of analysts collaboratively
- Leadership skills with change management aptitude; able to challenge viewpoints and manage change in a dynamic environment
- Strong operational management, influencing, and communication skills focused on strategy implementation and process improvements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
- Team player with the ability to work globally in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- Independent, critical thinker with a focus on innovation opportunities.
- Role models fostering inclusivity, managing emotion and bias when approaching situations to land the best outcome for the business and those involved.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification (Preferred).
