Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related asset class, with prior experience in Structured Finance
Proven leadership with a track record of analytical excellence, independence, and objectivity
Deep understanding of debt markets and strong knowledge of S&P Global Ratings methodologies; relevant industry expertise is advantageous
Strong client and market knowledge contributes to the development of the S&P Global Ratings franchise
Capability to attract, motivate, and lead a team of analysts collaboratively
Leadership skills with change management aptitude; able to challenge viewpoints and manage change in a dynamic environment
Strong operational management, influencing, and communication skills focused on strategy implementation and process improvements
Excellent time management skills with the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
Team player with the ability to work globally in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Independent, critical thinker with a focus on innovation opportunities.
Role models fostering inclusivity, managing emotion and bias when approaching situations to land the best outcome for the business and those involved.
MBA or postgraduate qualification (Preferred).
