About the role

  • Manage a team of account managers to drive relationships with our largest information provider accounts, impacting indirect client revenue and outcomes across hundreds of end customers.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize partner engagement strategies, enhancing overall business growth.
  • Achieve revenue retention and new business KPIs for partner accounts and indirect customer relationships, showcasing your strategic impact.
  • Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integrations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations, gaining exposure to policy makers and market leaders.
  • Drive value for end customers by expanding access points across partner platforms, contributing to the global nature of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or data industries.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners at senior and executive levels.
  • Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal structuring and execution.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements.
  • Experience working in team environments to drive towards common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
  • Familiarity with global market trends and their impact on strategic partnerships.
  • This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
