Establish and sustain a Project Management Office (PMO) within Revenue Operations to enhance insights, track progress, and ensure accountability and responsibility.
Oversee the reporting and analytics function within Revenue Operations.
Manage and execute a diverse range of projects assigned to Revenue Operations, ensuring they are completed on time and that updates are communicated effectively.
Support change management initiatives as required and facilitate team communication through quarterly newsletters or alternative channels.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to efficiently oversee and execute projects.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide leadership with the necessary insights for timely decision-making.
Collaborate with technology partners to prioritize and implement technology-related enhancements.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science.
A solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) value chain.
Practical experience in reporting and analytics.
Proven experience collaborating with technology teams on releases, user stories, and related tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership on project initiatives.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ processes and reporting, including awareness of upstream and downstream impacts.
Proficiency in analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Spark Assist, Tableau, and others.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
Capacity to adopt a broader perspective and provide unbiased insights, even when they challenge the status quo.
