About the role
- Management of litigation matters handled by external law firms
- Legal controllership (legal oversight and control functions)
- Support in internal and external audits
- Drafting and reviewing real estate, construction, and service contracts (purchase and sale, typical and atypical leases, service agreements, and EPG)
- Managing due diligence processes in asset purchase and sale transactions
- Support in M&A transactions related to the real estate sector
- Serving as the legal department's interface with other areas of the company
- Management of condominium matters and of owned and third-party real estate assets
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents of low to medium complexity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent). Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Law, Civil Procedure, or Corporate Law is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Professional experience:
- At least 5 years since graduation and active OAB membership
- Experience in the real estate market and/or general contracts
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ease in building relationships
