About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain and evolve automated build, test and deployment pipelines, ensuring agile, secure, and high-frequency deliveries
Provision, manage and evolve cloud infrastructure through versioned code, ensuring standardization and consistency across all environments
Design, support and optimize the container ecosystem, defining efficient deployment strategies (e.g., Blue-Green, Canary) and high availability
Integrate security practices and validations throughout the development lifecycle (shift-left), managing secrets, access policies and automated vulnerability analysis such as SAST and DAST
Collaborate and work actively with development teams to remove operational bottlenecks, promoting autonomy, agility and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in infrastructure roles with a strong focus on automation and agile culture
Proficiency with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines)
Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with practical experience using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Strong experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP or Azure), with deep understanding of network architecture, security and managed services
Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes and Helm)
Strong knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting for automation (Bash, Python, Go, Node.js, etc.)
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (secret management, vulnerability scanning and static code analysis).
