About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze user and business needs
- Assist in prioritizing and organizing the backlog
- Write and detail user stories and requirements
- Track feature development together with the technology team
- Support discovery processes (research, interviews, testing)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields
- Strong experience with personnel/payroll processes, calculations, social charges, eSocial, and DCTFWeb
- Previous payroll/personnel experience in large organizations
- Knowledge of the main payroll market players/vendors
- Professional experience in payroll software companies
