About the role

  • Strategic Management: Define the editorial planning and channel strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others);
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate analysts and designers, ensuring delivery quality and team development;
  • Social Intelligence: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to anticipate relevant topics;
  • Performance and Data: Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and produce monthly reports with actionable insights;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with the Content, Growth, Events, and Employer Branding teams;
  • Community Management: Oversee community interactions, ensuring Sólides' tone of voice across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Social Media, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies;
  • Previous experience in leadership roles or project coordination;
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences (from HR to C-level);
  • Proficiency with management tools (e.g., mLabs, DashGoo, Trello/Asana);
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and how social networks impact the customer journey.
