About the role

  • Develop and maintain software features, proposing improvements and refactorings when necessary.
  • Be actively present in the company's communication channels.
  • Take an active role in technical development, suggesting tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the team, support colleagues and participate in alignment meetings.
  • Use tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab for version control and task organization.
  • Ensure code quality with automated tests (unit, integration and mutation).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
  • Estimate and mitigate risks in complex tasks.
  • Assist in onboarding and the technical growth of less experienced professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java 7+, Java EE, Spring Boot and Quarkus to support and evolve our projects.
  • Front-end development experience using Angular 2+ to build modern, interactive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Docker for creating and managing development and production environments.
  • Experience with asynchronous integrations using RabbitMQ and/or AWS SQS for service-to-service communication.
  • Experience with technical documentation using Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, C4 Model and UML.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server and MongoDB.
  • Mastery of software architecture best practices, including DDD, Microservices, MVC and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience implementing Unit Tests (JUnit) to ensure code quality.
  • Knowledge of Redis for caching and in-memory data storage.
  • Proficiency with Git, following versioning best practices using GitFlow.
  • Familiarity with AWS integrations to implement and manage cloud services.
