About the role

  • Planning email marketing campaigns with specific objectives
  • Creating basic performance reports for CRM campaigns
  • Data analysis focused on specific goals, such as improving conversion
  • Supporting simple projects (e.g., product launches or promotions) and coordinating with other analysts to track tasks
  • Setting up, creating, and proposing strategic segmentations
  • Executing communications across channels (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp)

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the main KPIs used in the area
  • Basic experience operating and extracting data from CRM tools
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO
  • Be proactive, with initiative and adaptability
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Funnels, CRM, Email Marketing, Growth, CRO, or related areas are a plus
  • Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence that complements CRM work
  • English fluency
