About the role
- Design, develop and implement responsive, engaging front-end software solutions using modern, easy-to-model languages.
- Integrate back-end solutions with modern, responsive user interfaces, focusing on building projects and APIs.
- Responsible for integrations between systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
- Work together with the payroll deployment team to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and performance, applying front-end and back-end best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and fix performance and usability issues in the system.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in development and customization of technical projects, websites and APIs
- Familiarity with design patterns, software architecture and agile development practices
