About the role

  • Conduct exploratory, diagnostic and explanatory analyses to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support decision-making through business-oriented insights, connecting data to practical actions
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses for areas such as Finance, RevOps, Product and the Executive Board
  • Formulate hypotheses, define monitoring metrics and evaluate results
  • Create and maintain dashboards and executive reports, ensuring clarity, consistency and conceptual alignment
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking KPIs and business metrics, in partnership with Analytics Engineers
  • Ensure analyses and visualizations accurately reflect official data and analytical models
  • Support executive presentations, translating data into clear narratives
  • Validate analytical results, identifying inconsistencies and aligning concepts with technical teams
  • Document analyses, metrics and assumptions, contributing to standardization and reuse
  • Use the governed analytics layer as the foundation for analyses and dashboards
  • Support the continuous evolution of the company’s analytical solutions
