About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Align job openings with hiring managers
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Assess candidates' skills and qualifications
- Participate in area-specific training
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Contribute to improvements in recruitment processes
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the team
- Keep candidate and recruitment process records up to date in spreadsheets and the ATS
- Send weekly updates to leaders on the progress of recruitment processes
- Maintain a business-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with other analysts to close vacancies and support other team needs
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection
- Degree in Psychology completed or in progress
- Willingness to work in a fast-evolving, challenging company
- Proactive and communicative profile
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics (KPIs)
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience in technology companies
- Additional training in data analysis
