About the role

  • Focus on understanding the context, identifying problems and opportunities through research, competitive analysis and alignment with business objectives
  • Create and manage user journeys, flows, prototypes and the visual design of interfaces, ensuring usability, consistency and adherence to the Design System
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, negotiate solutions and communicate design decisions clearly and with supporting rationale
  • Use data and user contact to validate hypotheses, test solutions and measure the impact of design

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in product design
  • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree, technical course or technologist program in fields such as Design, Communication, Psychology, Software Engineering or related areas
  • Solid understanding of User Experience and Interface Design principles, including information architecture, usability and visual design
  • Familiarity with the full design cycle (research, ideation, prototyping, validation and handoff)
  • Experience using Design Systems and style guides to create cohesive and scalable experiences across devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and design problems, identify complex issues from different perspectives and propose well-founded solutions aligned with business goals
  • Continuous learning mindset, proactivity in seeking knowledge and adaptability to handle changing scope and priorities
  • Hands-on experience working in environments that use agile methodologies
