Previous experience as a Process Analyst in complex financial projects
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools
Analytical ability and skill to identify opportunities to simplify or improve financial processes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite ERP is a plus.
