About the role
- Support Budget and Forecast processes (consolidation of inputs, scenario modeling, assumptions and consistency).
- Act as a business partner to departments (Ops, Marketing, Product, Tech, G&A, etc.), structuring business cases (ROI/payback, scenarios, impacts).
- Improve FP&A reporting: standardization, data quality enhancement, and executive views (one-pagers).
- Support spend governance (budget control, tracking savings, renewals/contracts when applicable).
- Create and maintain templates and routines that increase productivity and predictability (simple, well-defined processes).
Requirements
- Previous experience in FP&A / Management Accounting / Financial Planning
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, consolidation, database organization and analysis).
- Ability to build an executive narrative: what happened / why / what to do / impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous profile, ownership mentality and attention to detail.
