About the role

  • Validation of payroll calculations (taxes, overtime, averages, accounting entries, provisions)
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Functional and regression testing
  • Testing integrated routines and via APIs (eSocial, accounting systems, Sólides products)

  • Documentation and evidence collection
  • Support for product and development teams

Requirements

  • Higher education or technical degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Proficiency in Personnel/Payroll routines
  • Knowledge of eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF
  • Understanding of calculation logic and reconciliation
  • Clear communication with support, product, and development teams
