About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support SKSG’s IST Sustainment Contract and life cycle management of programs
- Ensure the purchase, tracking, and timely delivery of necessary components and data analytics
- Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to develop new system requirements
- Collect, monitor, and track deployed system performance
- Develop plans and metrics for maintenance and repair requirements
- Identify and help resolve operating and support deficiencies
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or GED required
- Experience in most of the major logistics element areas
- Previous work with CBP’s Integrated Systems (IST), Remote Video Surveillance Systems (RVSS), and/or Mobile Systems portfolios preferred
- DHS or DAWIA logistics certification desired
- Ability to pass a government background investigation
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SharePoint
