About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and direct the development and sales efforts for the Critical Mission Support Services (CMSS) business unit.
- Source, plan, organize, and execute on sales to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
- Responsible for sourcing new and expanding current contracting opportunities through a well nurtured network of business relationships.
- Meet sales contract goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related educational field is required.
- MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of marketing or sales operational experience.
- At least five (5) of those years in direct government contracting experience.
- Experience with 8(a) or IDIQ contracts is preferred.
- Use of MS Office including WORD, PPT, Teams and Excel at the advanced level is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives within identified deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills are required.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings, conferences, customer contact, etc. is required.
