Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and direct the development and sales efforts for the Critical Mission Support Services (CMSS) business unit.
Source, plan, organize, and execute on sales to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Responsible for sourcing new and expanding current contracting opportunities through a well nurtured network of business relationships.
Meet sales contract goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related educational field is required.
MBA is preferred.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of marketing or sales operational experience.
At least five (5) of those years in direct government contracting experience.
Experience with 8(a) or IDIQ contracts is preferred.
Use of MS Office including WORD, PPT, Teams and Excel at the advanced level is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives within identified deadlines.
Strong presentation skills are required.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
Ability to travel as needed for business meetings, conferences, customer contact, etc. is required.
