About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all activities related to the company job description library and also administer leaves of absence, ADA requests, and facilitate the Workers' Compensation injury tracking and reporting.
- Draft, edit, and manage all job descriptions and related activities.
- Support managers who need new or edited versions of a position description.
- Update or correct the job description library, converting positions to the correct job template, and ensuring compliance and regulatory information is accurate.
- Administer and coordinate all employee leaves of absence, including medical, military, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation, in alignment with company policy and applicable federal and state laws.
- Serve as a key liaison between corporate support and the individual companies and their employees to ensure a compliant, consistent, and supportive leave experience.
- Support compliance reporting, monthly metric reporting, and maintain employee records accurate, complete, and maintained in a compliant manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Three (3) years of directly managing medical leave claims is required.
- One (1) year of direct experience administering the ADA claims process is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Workers’ Compensation claims is strongly preferred.
- ADP WFN experience strongly preferred (ADP Total Absence Management module is strongly preferred).
- Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) required or ability to achieve within the first year of employment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
