About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate daily with production, engineering, logistics, quality, and suppliers
Check that process steps, checks, and controls were completed as required
Review whether documentation is complete, correct, and reflects reality
Record production issues, deviations, and non-conformities
Support follow-up of corrective actions and agreed next steps
Assist in implementing safety and HSE measures and procedures through communication and checks
Support quality activities in production and partly in supplier quality (SQE)
Gradually learn how quality assurance rules are applied in everyday operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree (or fresh graduate) – suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career
Willingness to learn and grow in quality assurance, with possible future exposure to HSE
Able to communicate with different stakeholders as part of daily work
Comfortable to leave the desk to verify information and understand production situations
Structured and reliable, able to follow topics and support resolution of quality issues
Czech and English (both) for daily work communication
Technical background is a strong advantage, or willingness to build technical understanding over time
