About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicate daily with production, engineering, logistics, quality, and suppliers
  • Check that process steps, checks, and controls were completed as required
  • Review whether documentation is complete, correct, and reflects reality
  • Record production issues, deviations, and non-conformities
  • Support follow-up of corrective actions and agreed next steps
  • Assist in implementing safety and HSE measures and procedures through communication and checks
  • Support quality activities in production and partly in supplier quality (SQE)
  • Gradually learn how quality assurance rules are applied in everyday operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (or fresh graduate) – suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career
  • Willingness to learn and grow in quality assurance, with possible future exposure to HSE
  • Able to communicate with different stakeholders as part of daily work
  • Comfortable to leave the desk to verify information and understand production situations
  • Structured and reliable, able to follow topics and support resolution of quality issues
  • Czech and English (both) for daily work communication
  • Technical background is a strong advantage, or willingness to build technical understanding over time
