About the role

  • Sécheron Hasler Group: Swiss engineering leader in high-power electrical and electronic equipment for railways and renewable energy.
  • Join the Traction Power Systems team in Geneva to design, build and maintain test systems and validate device quality.
  • Design and maintain test benches (hardware and software) and create intuitive HMIs for testing.
  • Run software validation on various products and write clear test cases using Squash; document results in reports or wikis.
  • Keep production benches running, assist with prototype setups, work with electrical schematics and basic electrotechnical tasks.
  • Use tools like Python, Git and the NI tool suite; possibly C#, LabVIEW or similar; ensure compliance with railway and electrical standards and maintain version control.
  • Work in a small, collaborative team valuing good humor, empathy, and open collaboration.
