About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing calendar across email, SMS, and retention programs
- Translate the Director's strategy and priorities into clear project plans, timelines, briefs, and deliverables
- Manage the team's project management tooling (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
- Track campaign performance against deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressively responsible project management or marketing operations experience
- Hands-on mastery of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
- Experience in consumer products, wellness, food & beverage, eCommerce, or other fast-growing brands (a plus)
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
