Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain 100% product availability across D2C and retail channels through best-in-class production planning
Own the weekly production review cadence across our co-manufacturing network
Build and maintain rolling production schedules that translate demand forecasts into production orders
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, capacity improvements, and waste reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within CPG, food & beverage, or a closely related category
Experience working across co-manufacturing networks, managing multiple production sites, and building planning processes from the ground up rather than inheriting them
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
