About the role

  • Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes at live events, pop-ups, festivals
  • Welcome guests with RYZE's hospitality, engaging with the public
  • Educate guests about RYZE’s products, ingredients, and brand story
  • Operate latte machines and café equipment safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Support execution of branded events, tours, and experiential marketing activations
  • Help manage event flow, guest experience, and on-site issues

Requirements

  • Extensive travel required (up to 90%), including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies (up to approximately 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in outdoor or temporary pop-up environments
