About the role
- Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable data pipelines using AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Athena, Timestream, S3) and edge technologies (MQTT, AWS IoT Greengrass).
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation and validation.
- Ensure observability and security through tools like CloudWatch and Grafana, following best practices for IAM, encryption, and access control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, DevOps, and product teams to deliver comprehensive and reliable data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Git, and Terraform.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
