About the role

  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Execute manual tests for web and mobile applications, ensuring functionality and quality
  • Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into testing strategies
  • Provide detailed testing reports and work toward resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development and implementation of QA processes and procedures to enhance product quality
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts to increase automation coverage
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process within the team and organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, manual and/or automation
  • Solid experience testing e-commerce applications and understanding e-commerce processes and workflows
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent
  • Interest or exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
