About the role
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual tests for web and mobile applications, ensuring functionality and quality
- Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into testing strategies
- Provide detailed testing reports and work toward resolving issues in a timely manner
- Participate in the development and implementation of QA processes and procedures to enhance product quality
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts to increase automation coverage
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process within the team and organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, manual and/or automation
- Solid experience testing e-commerce applications and understanding e-commerce processes and workflows
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent
- Interest or exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
