About the role
- Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market
- Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
- Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
- Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region
- Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market.
Requirements
- Live in the market they’ll be researching (local presence is required)
- Have a good eye for product design and UX and can clearly communicate observations
- Can move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
- Have experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
