About the role
- RYZ Labs is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst/Scientist to join one of our client’s teams, a longevity company founded by four female PhDs that creates topical skin and body care products designed to reduce skin's biological age by targeting the root causes of aging.
- Required Qualifications:
- - Strong understanding of growth KPIs and reporting (incrementality, attribution, ROAS, product mix, etc.)
- - Ability to partner on testing and measurement strategy, forecasting and modeling
- - Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
- - Knowledge of Looker or similar BI platforms (data visualization + analytics)
- - Familiarity and proficiency with Klaviyo (lifecycle)
- - Familiarity and proficiency with Shopify
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Build reporting and analytical tools that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions across finance, growth marketing, e-commerce
- - Design + build metrics to monitor product and business performance
- - Design and analyze experiments to measure impacts of marketing tactics (a/b, geo-lift, etc) in collaboration with growth
- - Conduct advanced data analysis + statistical modeling to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
