• Field all incoming referrals through the website and phone calls.
• Provide customers with emotional and crisis support when needed.
• Screen all service requests.
• Provide an initial assessment of client’s likely needs and the agency’s ability to provide appropriate services in a timely manner.
• Maintain a working knowledge of regional resources to provide to customers.
• Collect necessary information and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule clients for intake and ongoing appointments.

• Provide daily administrative support for the EHR system
• Serve as a primary contact for basic EHR questions and troubleshooting ; escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain EHR documentation , procedures, and user guides
• Assist with onboarding and training staff on EHR workflows and functionality
• Assist with data collection and basic reporting for assigned projects
• Conduct chart reviews and communicate documentation issues with providers and clinical managers
