About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and strengthen relationships within the existing customer base.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals by understanding customer needs.
  • Build and manage growth plans for strategic accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams across countries to ensure a unified approach to customer growth.
  • Lead regional growth initiatives and ensure strategies are adapted to different markets.
  • Represent the customer’s voice internally and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Act as an expert in Semine’s commercial processes, ensuring consistency in account, process, and contract management.
  • Establish best practices and contribute to improvements across the commercial life cycle.
  • Work with the Customer Growth leadership team on customer expansion strategies and risk management.
  • Ensure all commercial transactions comply with relevant SaaS contracts, terms, and policies.
  • Support the VP Customer Growth in implementing process and policy changes to build scalability across markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer development, including contract and negotiation work; ERP partnership experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, especially SaaS contracts and customer relations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
