About the role
- Localise messaging, content, and website materials to align with cultural nuances across the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop region-specific collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Ensure all regional messaging aligns with global brand and product positioning.
- Support the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, customer roundtables, partner events, and company-hosted activations.
- Coordinate event logistics including vendor management, venue research, promotional materials, landing pages, content needs, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with key channel and technology partners to deliver co-marketing events that support shared pipeline goals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of ABM initiatives for priority accounts in the Nordics & UK.
- Work with regional Sales and account teams to refine target account lists and identify opportunities for tailored outreach.
- Ensure ABM assets and campaigns are localised and relevant for each market.
- Assist in developing campaign plans and timelines, ensuring deliverables are executed on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance, maintain documentation, and report on key metrics such as engagement, outbound opportunities/pipeline created and overall ROI.
- Identify insights and opportunities to refine future campaigns.
- Serve as a key connection point between the regional Sales teams and the broader Marketing organisation, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Support partner marketing initiatives with local and regional partners.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt existing programs and bring regional insights to global strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Experience coordinating or supporting events, campaigns, and/or ABM programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
- Ability and willingness to travel for occasional team gatherings and regional events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote-first environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent platforms.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (especially Norwegian or Swedish).
